WEBGUI 6.12.8: Add new share hides array drives when using 'read settings from' option

1. Add a new share

2. Select the 'Read settings from ' option from the upper right and pick an existing share

3. 'Include Drives' and 'Exclude Drives' drop downs disappear (In Brave anyways)

4. If you click on 'Help', it completely covers the drive boxes

4. 'Reset' at the bottom and just set it up manually to continue

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
