  1. I made the initial contact approx 36 hours ago.
  2. That is exactly how I contacted support.
  3. I have sent in requests 2 times now with no automated response. What should the next steps be?
  4. Thank you. I requested a new key. Hopefully the turn around time isn't to long.
  5. Due to a recent flash drive failure, I had to rebuild with a new flash drive. When I went to Unraid Connect, I attempt to download key so I can place it on the new flash drive, a new webpage opens and then nothing is downloaded. I also noticed even though I had multiple flash backups, it currently is showing none available and that flash backup is disabled even though it was. It is also showing a cached values from 5/06/2023 even though it had been available previously.
  6. In the past few days, I have had a few kernel panics which cause my server to lock up and force a reboot. I have attached the diagnostics but I am not sure if it will have anything regarding the kernel panics since I have had to reboot. Nicktower-diagnostics-20230624-2127.zip
  7. When I was logging into my server, I noticed an error Cache Unmountable: No File System. I am attaching diagnostics, hopefully someone can help. Forgot to mention that I am on 6.11.5, this is causing my docker.img not to mount. btrfs check status: [1/7] checking root items [2/7] checking extents [3/7] checking free space tree free space info recorded 7160 extents, counted 7170 wanted offset 1968422518784, found 1968422449152 cache appears valid but isn't 1967117041664 [4/7] checking fs roots [5/7] checking only csums items (without verifying data) [6/7] checking root refs [7/7] checking quota groups skipped (not enabled on this FS) Opening filesystem to check... 9. While utilizing Tdarr to encode to H265, I will randomly have points that I will get a Nginx 500 Error when trying to do anything in the gui. I have attached the diagnostics from right after the event. I did restart Nginx via /etc/rc.d/rc.php-fpm restart and then downloaded the diagnostics. tower-diagnostics-20211204-1718.zip
