Solutions

  1. notalda's post in [6.12.4] Unraid GUI unaccessible as soon as array is started after Router/ISP change, but dockers seem to work. was marked as the answer   
    Found a solution on reddit: 
     
    Nginx had to be (re-)started. So I ssh-ed into the server and ran 
    /etc/rc.d/rc.nginx start  
    The GUI immediately worked after that.
