Thanks for the input on the graphics card. I did some digging and think I found the issues you mentioned with Plex and AMD GPU transcoding and AMD GPU passthrough with Docker. I haven’t built a PC for over 15 years and would appreciate any input on this build. I have read a lot of forum posts and watched a ton of youtube videos and think I have a handle on most of what I need. If I’ve missed something or there is a better option I am completely open to changing the parts listed below. The case doesn’t need to look pretty because it’s going to live under my desk.
