Solutions

  1. hjgarron's post in Server Hardware and server software keep crashing 6.12.6 was marked as the answer   
    So far my server has been up 2 days without error and locking up. Prior to that the longest was about 24 hours. 
     
    Only change was that I upgraded the firmware on my Samsung 990 pro using the info from this forum post
