this isn't good, it means some value can't get converted to json format, i wonder if some size is getting misread by the os (given the os error above), this is what's probably causing the ui to hang, but can't tell for sure
is that a healthy drive or it has some issues ?
in any case, there's no data transfer happening, it's always coming up with "zero" bytes to transfer,
this is what happen

So I don't know what I should do. Tried to move some music to another drive. It seems to be hanging? under settings it shows it to be running. but when I go to the Web UI I can't click on anything. and there is a spinning circle in the top right corner

So basic question but I want to make sure I am getting it right. I have my Media filling up 1 of my disks. In the share settings for the drive. If I want to set the minimum level of free space say 10 gigs. it is set to 0KB by default. Would I just put 10G in the space or 1.25e+6KB?

Is there anyone running the offical Plex Docker? So this morning I made the jump from 6.8.3 to 6.11.1. and the only container not working was Plex. I thought I had the official container with Nvidia plugin for transcoding and after the second reboot of my server the container was just gone. but when I tried to download a new container the parameters where not the same. I feel like I have to rebiuld my plex server? I did not lose any of my movies.

I can't figure it out. I whipped everything clean and tried to start over but once I get the container up and running it keeps telling me "Unable to connect to Unmanic backend. Please check that it is running". in the WEBUI I don't know what I am doing wrong ?

So my question is I am on 6.8.3 and watched Spaceinvaderone youtube about creating a windows VM. It works fine but if I try to add my graphics card the VM crashes. I thought about it and I am using the old and now depracated Unraid Nvidia plug-in for plex transcoding when I need it. ( I plan to move to 6.9 one day just to scared it will mess everything I have worked to build). Is using the Nvidia plug-in for plex not allowing me to add my graphics card to the windows VM? Do I need to buy a second graphics card for my VM"s if I want to use one?

So I just wanted to check. I still am on 6.8.3 I don’t want mess up my VM (the took for ever to build correctly, self taught). Wanted to see if anyone has had problems going from 6.8.3 to 6.9.2. I asked on a facebook group and had 2 people tell me If you are using host network and/or static ips for docker, that could cause the repeated kernel panics. I do have port forwarding on my router for a few docker apps and Home Assistant VM and they do use the same IP address as the Unraid server. So I did not know if that was going to be a problem for me? I was going to follow SpaceInvaderOne’s recommendation to upgrade.

So I am trying to create a gaming VM. I have a Windows VM up and running after following Space Invader One. except I Can not use my graphics card. If I try to add it the VM crashes when I try to start it up. its a Gigabyte GTX 1650 Super. So I am trying to create a 2nd VM ( and have not added a graphics card to it yet )of windows 10 but when I go to create it I just get this (in the pic below). I should also mention I am very self taught. I have leaned this all reading and watching videos. Thanks

So When I use Fix common Problems I get "Share appdata set to cache-only, but files / folders exist on the array" You should change the share's settings appropriately or use the dolphin / krusader docker applications to move the offending files accordingly. So what is the appropriate setting for the appdata? Am I missing something else?

i hope i am posting this in the correct spot. Forgive me if I am not. So I have been trying to learn to add H.A to homekit. last night I made some things to exclude from H.A to homekit in the .yaml file. I do not have no experance with changing the .yaml file but i checked it before doing it and rebooted with no problems. then this morning I went to try to get to home assistant on my main computer and just got a blank screen. reloaded the VM and now it will not start. Execution error. Internal error: did not fing USB device 1cf1:0030. I am not even sure if this is related to me messing with the .yaml for homekit tried to create a new VM with the same.qcow2 file but could not get it to load. unable to load. I did have it set to Duckdns when I first set it up. I have no experance in this just watched a lot of youtube videos

OK fixed my own problem. using Krusader and deleteing the music file in the Media: share. then I could change the name of the Media: to Just Media and delete it and that fixed everthing

I am newbie but I was messing around and creating some docker containers for Headphones. I created a Media share (Media:). and now I can not take take the arrey offline or shut down properly. also I can not go into the unraid machine threw the network to delete the Media: share. I get " This file server will not allow any additional users to log on. try to connect later". I can only get threw using GUI on safari web browser. also on the bottome left of the screen where it says "Array started" IT keeps flashing " Starting Services". I ran Fix common problems and this is what I got 'Share Media: contains the : character which is an illegal character on Windows / MAC systems." I pull up the log and this keeps repeating .I hope some could please help

So I can't get anyone to answer my question involving LIdarr docker conatiner. I have no problem setting and it downloads the tracks. But it will not import any of the tracks. I get this error. does anyone know how I could fix this? I have radarr and Sonarr running with no issues

I have a download folder in my shares and somethings I can not delete some of the files from my iMac. What is the best way to fix the perssions so I dont have to always load Krusader to delete things from a folder? I just want to be able to delete from my Mac by loading my server threw the network
