Based on researching around, AMD setups seem quite stable.
Check out the Asrock X470D4U motherboard, it has onboard IPMI for remote management. Otherwise.. for AMD CPUs, there's no onboard GPU. You need to do research whether the motherboard can operate headless. (I bought this motherboard, pairing with Ryzen 2700X and Noctua L9a cooler)
I think AMD consumes less power compared to Intel too.
Couple more suggestions:
Don't forget to get a thumbdrive (for unraid)
Instead of uploading to Google, you could purchase another 10TB drive and migrate data over. After verifying data integrity, add back your old drives and set one of it for parity.
Consider better quality SSDs, i.e Samsung 970 Evo/Pro's. Look out for the TBW value.
Consider 64GB x2 Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz RAM (RAM speed drops to 2400mhz if all four ram slots are occupied)
