  1. driftequipped's post in Files disappeared in folder, but still present across disks using Unraid 6.9.2 or 6.12.6 was marked as the answer
Running a parity check found 0 errors and didn't fix the problem, but I've fixed the issue.

For whatever reason despite all of my drives being healthy, I ran a scrub on my SSD cache drive and it fixed some errors.
Even though the errors seemed fixed, I noticed I had some files lingering on the cache drive that were unreadable and not able to
move to my array. I'm not sure if all this is due to me having a new SSD cache drive with BTFRS. I think my old SSD cache drive
was XFS. Clicking 'Disk Log Info' on the cache drive showed some bad boot/mount info.

So to fix the entire issue I stopped the arrays, erased my cache drive. Changed the file system back to XFS and reformated the drive.

The 2023backup folder is now showing all files and I'm able to create new files and delete whatever I want like normal.

This must be some freak bug with Unraid 6.12.6 because this never happened on 6.9.2
