Even though there are no dockers that are related to these folders, what may be the reason for these 2 folders repeatedly being created at every reboot?
Could this be related to rc?

try this;

I still have the same problem. After reboot, zfs dataset won't mount.

I have 2 issues.
first is regarding home assistant which solution of this available.
[6.10.0-rc1/6.10.0-rc2d] USB Passthrough to VM not working correctly [Manual XML solution available] - Prereleases - Unraid
second is I got this error but I do not feel any effect on my server.

Definitely it is coming from stock Unraid. if you uncompress bzroot you will see.
