  1. Nightslide's post in Disks sometimes not spinning down was marked as the answer   
    For anyone experiencing the same issue with WD MyBooks, get a PC/VM up, download their software to manage these drives and in there you can disable/enable the spin down delay. It seems to override what is configured in Unraid.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
