    Hi. I had same problem last week on my friends PC wit win 10 pro to transfer 200GB+ big files to FreeNAS server. Nothing I did seem to not work. And I tried every procedure that I could find on Google. On the end, the solution was easy. Download latest driver from producer for your NIC card in WIN 10 PC (realtek = realtek.com), update driver, and problem solved!
