    Is your data folder pointing to a correct location ? Config and repos are stored in the data folder so for example if it points to appdata, an upgrade keeps the users and repos A month ago I got one issue with a new version but then I specified the version : gitea/gitea:1.14.0-dev and got my data back also no daily update anymore
