[Support] Linuxserver.io - Papermerge

I am also having an issue with the latest version (v2). Reverting to linuxserver/papermerge:version-v1.5.5 has me back up and running on the older version, for now. Seems the v2 image may not be upgrading the appdata/configuration properly.
