    OK, thanks, I'll check the cables. Just to be clear, it could be a problem with either the SATA power, the HBA or the SAS to SATA breakout cable, right? I'm suspecting the SAS breakout cable at the moment.

    Hello all - I just noticed that my Disk 3 has gone offline. The Main page shows 1 error on this disk, but no SMART errors, and the drive is only 4 months old. What could have caused this and how do I go about recovering? I'd like to avoid swapping the disk out if possible. Wondering if it might be an HBA issue rather than the disk?
