PSU was plenty. 400W single rail running 3 drives.
I did find the issue.
Couchpotato was causing some issues (somehow) when the array tried to initialize.
Deleted the plg and all related files and started fresh, now were purring along.
I've got a random reboot issue.
Not sure where it's coming from. I really need those logs to survive a reboot.

3x Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 (AF) Model: ST500DM002-1BD142 500g 1 as parity.
This machine was previously a router that had uptime only inturruped by power outages.
Any thoughts?
