Is anyone else using the AutoAdd plugin?

It used to work a treat for me but, sometime recently, it has stopped recognising new .torrent files.  I don't think I have changed any settings but, in any case, changing settings shouldn't stop it recognising new files entirely.

It cannot be an installation problem since AutoAdd is a 'standard' plugin - part of the Deluge distribution.

I would love to have it working again - any ideas/suggestions?

It sounds like this issue is popping up for some folks. May want to check the dev github for more answers, or they may need to create a hotfix

Yep! http://ipaddress:port/ and then the password for the deluge docker.

Organizr says to install a webapi plugin, but whenever i install it for Deluge, it doesn't do anything which is why im confused.

    Thanks for the help!

Are you using a proxy by chance to access deluge?

Did you download, install, and enable the WebAPI plugin / egg file?

Also you may not need the WebUI checkbox checked in order to get it into organizr.

Alternatively, you can install Heimdall - it was pretty quick and easy to setup.

Thanks for the help, def appreciate it.

I don't think it's PIA anymore (I didn't have it setup right before). Once I set it up correctly, it's working great again. Files downloads properly.

It's just Deluge won't delete the torrent file, and original files in the Downloads folder. If I download a higher quality version, Sonarr will delete the lower quality version. In the Sonarr Activity section, that will no longer be there.

    2. Wasn't quite sure what to check there. Was able to ssh in using Terminal, but couldn't figure out where to go from there.

    3. I switched the Downloads path's around in Deluge and that all seems to be working right. It's just after it's done in Deluge and moved from Sonarr the torrent isn't deleted in Deluge and file/folder removed from the Downloads folder.

    4. Yup it is, see screenshots below.

Is my Share Ratio set up correctly?

I enabled the Set Permissions in Sonarr.

Alright let's try to change one thing at a time, test it, and see if it works.

    1. Deluge
      1. Downloads: make sure folder structure downloads/incomplete ----- and "move completed to" ----- downloads/complete
      2. Queue: Share Ratio 0; Time Ratio 0; Time 1
      3. Queue: Share Ratio Reached 0; pause torrent
    2. Restart and test if working
    3. if not, then try
    4. Permissions in Sonarr: Uncheck the set permissions (it works for me without having to change permissions)

If none of those work, let's go back to the drawing board

Thanks for the reply. I've now tried Deluge in Chrome, Safari & Firefox and disabled any content blocking. Same issue persists.

I'm open to setting up a Watch folder, is that easy to do? (I'll google it). 95% of the time I only use binhex's Sonarr and Radarr Dockers to send torrents to Deluge. But once in a while I find something else I want to download so it would just be good to be able to add torrents manually. Thanks.

Hey, a watch folder is not a bad idea (although I don't use one).

    • Simplest way may be to add a folder in your downloads directory. I.e. let's say you have /download/complete and download/incomplete
    • Create a /download/watch folder.
    • Add watch folder functionality to Deluge, and add the 'download/watch' folder path to auto-add .torrent files
    • now move your .torrent files to this folder, and deluge should add it to download

"could not log in due to curl error (. 56): Recv failure: connection reset by peer"

Hey for posterity - did you also enter http://? i.e. http://deluge.ip.address:delugeport

Don't know if this should be here or in the wireguard thread, but I was wondering if anyone knew how to route an incoming connection from wireguard (like if I'm remoting in from my laptop) through privoxy in deluge. I can't seem to find anyone else who's wanting to do this lol.

When I was using openvpn to connect to my local network I could just turn on a proxy and boom I'm running through PIA, can't seem to figure out how to do that (or if it's possible) with wireguard.

It would be easier to just wireguard into your home network / unraid machine and access Deluge. Would this option work for you? You can setup remote tunneled access this way.

Can anyone help?   When I click on Plex and select Webui, the browser opens a new tab and the page never loads.  This is very frustrating to me, since this happened on my last plex install, and I finally bit the bullet, removed binhex-plex and installed the Plex fresh this time (new appdata as I removed everything from the previous install)    1 week in, and I’ve lost the web gui again.

    Details below:

    Unraid version 6.8.3

    Network type: Custom: Br0

    IP:  192.168.1.112

    Port 32400

YES – the app is running fine in all other ways.

YES – it is accessible to people outside my home and on plex.tv

YES – I can log into plex.tv and monitor and make changes to my plex server remotely

YES – When I installed this, I created a fresh metadata in the appdata folder.  I feel like I should have moved it somewhere else though, as I have a very large database.

YES-  I CAN ping 192.168.1.112 from my pc

YES – I have checked my router and all the port forwarding is done correctly  (no changes were made here anyway, just better to be safe than sorry)

YES – I have flushed my DNS and tried connecting from different devices on the local network and it doesn’t work.

YES – every other container/app is working fine.  I even moved one to a new ip to test and yes, it still worked also.

NO – It is not accessible using my external IP  (it used to be, when I first set it up) and the 32400 port

MAYBE RELATED:    When I rebooted Unraid it took 20 minutes for the gui to appear.  I have no idea why, it certainly freaked me out.  I normally run the server headless, but even on the server itself there was no gui for approx. 20 minutes.  Once it popped up, everything is running fine except the Plex gui.

Does anyone have any ideas?   It takes so long to create new meta data and fix covers, create collections, etc.

If you are leaning towards an Unraid issue - I would check your Unraid logs and post them if anything seems out of place. Curious if any of your drives are having issues or errors?

Hi! I'm having an issue with my Plex in combination with my Nvidia Shield. When I want to play a certain piece of content it keeps loading for a minute. After that 1 second the video plays and it keeps loading again for a minute.

Other pieces of content work just fine. And this piece of content where I have this issue with just works fine in the browser.

My bandwith looks like in as in the picture, but the video isn't playing.

In the error logging I'm seeing this issue:

Failed to stream media, client probably disconnected after 3588096 bytes: 104 - Connection reset by peer

    Thanks!

Hi there. Sorry if this has been answered a million times, I can't find anything helpful.I am unable to manually add a torrent file to Deluge.

I browse to the torrent file, but I can't click Add, nothing happens. The Deluge windows also doesn't list what files would be downloaded.

I'm having the same problem as this person:

    https://github.com/binhex/arch-delugevpn/issues/152

I know nothing about iframes or whatever he's talking about. I've tried Chrome, Safari, Firefox.

Thanks for any ideas. Downloads from radarr and sonarr work perfectly.

I'm curious - do you have an adblocker turned on? I would start by turning that off.

Alternatively, what if you setup a "watch" folder and just drop the torrent files in there? What is your setup and workflow like?

Has anyone ran into an issue where they can't check the box next to WebUI? I'm trying to get Deluge to show in Organizr and it needs WebUi active.

If you are using the docker container, it should automatically have WebUI enabled (you don't need to check the box). What happens when enter the IP and Port into Organizr?

Hi suddenly could not longer access my nextcloud. both remote and local is unavailable

When entering the server there was loads and loads of error messages regarding the cache disk. It is an intel SSD and for some reason it had plenty of read errors.

This might cause the entire nextcloud to go down, I do not know.

I will see if changing the ssd can fix the issue, but I guess that there is more to it than that.

The error message i get is:

    Internal Server Error

The server was unable to complete your request.

If this happens again, please send the technical details below to the server administrator.

More details can be found in the server log.

    Technical details

    Remote Address: 192.168.0.92

    Request ID: gAiXEogaBirsFLW0AM59

Not sure why it is referring to 92 when I am using 100. I have checked the server and the router and it is both confirming that the server is at 100. I also use 100 when logging into the server so where the 92 is comming from is unknown for me

What is at 92 on your network? It sounds like something is requesting from that address - I'd say look at see if anything is mapped to that IP. Also I think you are right about the SSD, swap it out and see if that makes any improvement.

  12. OK - it sounds like there may be two things going on. Firstly it sounds like your VPN PIA may be causing some downloading issues. I'd recommend Mullvad, it's easy and "just works."

Secondly, there's still some shenanigans with downloading and importing. Have you seen this website before https://wiki.servarr.com/Docker_Guide#The_Best_Docker_Setup especially the section with folder structure? Scroll down on the website a little and you'll see the recommended folder structure.

So, if you want - I'd say:

    1. let's review your folder structure

    2. what permissions/user/group do these folders and your downloads have (Terminal -> "cd" command to your folder -> "ls -al") <-this is lower priority because some downloads are being moved

    3. Instead of Downloads/incomplete and Downloads; make the folder structure Downloads/complete and Downloads/incomplete

    4. Ensure Sonarr -> Settings -> Completed Download Handling enabled

Further observation: It does seem like Sonarr or Deluge (don't know who) deletes the lower profile version if a new one downloads for the higher profile one. So obviously something's working right there.

Interesting - any changes? Are the higher profile getting deleted or is it still persisting in Deluge?

It's Queued, but not seeding anymore. Looking at the logs, don't see any obvious errors. Anything I should look for? Here's the Permissions I have "set", which I just left default. Your help is much appreciated.

I forgot to ask also - are you using the 'label' plugin? And what is your label in Sonarr in your Indexer settings?

    Google is your friend

    https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/7412/how-to-reconnect-a-logically-disconnected-usb-device

But, you would have to be very careful to not detach the boot flash drive, as then you'll run into other problems.

I followed the instructions here which works well via command line.

The usbfs interaction seems to have changed a number of times since this question was originally answered. So, here's how I cycle hub port power on Ubuntu Oneiric Ocelot from a Bash shell.

Search for the bus and device number:

    sudo lsusb -v|less
Locate the device in the bus / hub port hierarchy using the bus and device number:

    sudo lsusb -t|less
The syntax seems to be 'bus-port.port.port.port.port...' For example, my mouse is connected to an external hub which connects to my computer's hub which internally connects to a root hub:

    /: Bus 02.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=ehci_hcd/2p, 480M
        |__ Port 1: Dev 2, If 0, Class=hub, Driver=hub/6p, 480M
            |__ Port 1: Dev 3, If 0, Class=hub, Driver=hub/3p, 480M
                |__ Port 1: Dev 6, If 0, Class=HID, Driver=usbhid, 1.5M
So, '2-1.1.1' in the above case. Finally, cycle the port power:

    echo '2-1.1.1'|sudo tee /sys/bus/usb/drivers/usb/unbind
    sleep 1
    echo '2-1.1.1'|sudo tee /sys/bus/usb/drivers/usb/bind

Is there a way to automate this to execute at reboot (or at restart of VM, or restart of OZWDaemon docker)?

Just figured out how I could get in, by forcing the signin page back to /super in the URL and then matching the credentials in the template. I changed the template credentials to match the Shinobi project defaults, so I am not entirely sure which worked but, I assume its the template that matters. Anyway, off to get into more trouble. Cheers.

Here is the website discussing the login options:

    https://hub.shinobi.video/articles/view/yX5mMukjGToZ1HM

This user is an administrative user. This user does not have cameras to manage nor can it see any cameras. Its purpose is to manage Admin accounts settings and limitations, view system logs, and manage system configuration.

The Superuser page can be accessed at http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/super. The Login button will become Red to signify that you are at the correct gate for Superuser access.

The login to use would be found in the super.json file located in the Shinobi installation directory. By default this is /home/Shinobi. The default login is as below.

    Username : [email protected]
    Password : admin

Thought I'd expand on this as it took some time for me to figure out what changes were needed in the shinobi container, and it might help out someone else:

Created a mariadb database as follows:

    CREATE USER ‘shinobi’ IDENTIFIED by ‘password’;

    CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS shinobi;

    GRANT ALL PRIVILAGES ON shinobi.* TO ‘shinobi’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘password’;

now you can edit the shinobipro container and make the following changes based on the new mariadb database created above:

    MYSQL_USER: shinobi

    MYSQL_DATABASE: shinobi

    MYSQL_HOST: IP address of unraid

maria db database location, change it to: /mnt/user/appdata/mariadb/databases/shinobi/

    MYSQL_PASSWORD: password

Wondering if anyone can help. I tried the hotfix as above, and the docker container logs show shinobi as ready.

I go to the landing page, and my username/password are not accepted. I've tried a combination of the default user/pass, the docker container user/pass. None of these seem to work and the logs don't show anything. Any thoughts?

  18. Thanks for sending those.

I'd say try these changes and see if you have success:

    1. Change your download folder directory. Right now, your completed downloads are 'upstream' of your downloads in progress. I'm not sure if you HAVE to do this, but it might be worth a try. Create a /Downloads/complete directory and keep your current /Downloads/incomplete.
    2. Check the box for 'Share Ratio', then keep the bubble checked for 'Pause torrent.' Make the share ratio as low or high as you'd like. Maybe turn it down as low as you can while testing. Also, your downloads may not have been removed because they are set to seed for high share/time ratios. Decrease all the numbers for 'Seeding Rotation' while you are testing, then bump them back up to whatever you'd like.

  19. I've run through the steps here and am having some issues, wondering if anyone can spot a problem.

I have /boot/config/rules.d/99-usb-rules.rules with the file

    SUBSYSTEM=="tty", ATTRS{idVendor}=="1234", ATTRS{idProduct}=="1234", ATTRS{serial}=="myserial1", SYMLINK+="zigbee"
    SUBSYSTEM=="tty", ATTRS{idVendor}=="1234", ATTRS{idProduct}=="1234", ATTRS{serial}=="myserial2, SYMLINK+="zwave"

I have the UserScripts addon set to start 'At First Array Start Only'

    #!/bin/bash
    # add this to UserSctipt - StartUp at first Array start

    # Start the Management Utility
    /usr/local/sbin/emhttp &

    # copy persistent script from usb drive to drive at startup
    cp /boot/config/rules.d/99-usb-rules.rules /etc/udev/rules.d/
    chmod 644 /etc/udev/rules.d/99-usb-rules.rules

    # udav has likely run before the copy completes so udev needs its rules refreshed
    udevadm control --reload-rules

    # a reset of the device is needed so the rules just copied can take hold
    udevadm trigger --attr-match=subsystem=tty

Please note -- I added both the Start Management Utility and Reload rules parameters. Not sure if I require both.

Script output at start of array:

    Script Starting Jan 09, 2021 06:33.01

Full logs for this script are available at /tmp/user.scripts/tmpScripts/99-usb-rules/log.txt

    emhttpd is already started
    Script Finished Jan 09, 2021 06:33.01

Full logs for this script are available at /tmp/user.scripts/tmpScripts/99-usb-rules/log.txt

On reboot of my system and start of array:

    1. there are no USB devices listed in /dev/  - they are usually listed as /dev/ttyUSB0 and /dev/ttyACM0. Unplugging and plugging back the USB devices gets them recognized.
    2. the devices ARE recognized with lsusb in terminal BEFORE unplugging and plugging back in
  20. @yanksno1

Can you also post screenshots of Deluge - Downloads, Queue? So far everything looks ok as far as settings.

In your syslog, there are Disk Read errors for Disk 1. I'm not sure if this is of consequence, but that drive may be having issues. I would do research on this forum how to repair/rebuild/replace that drive if necessary.
