There's a lot of this in your log:
Mar 25 18:11:00 Avalon kernel: sd 10:0:6:0: Power-on or device reset occurred ### [PREVIOUS LINE REPEATED 1 TIMES] ###
Check/replace power and data cables to the new disk.
Thanks for the reply. Drives are mounted in drive bays, so there are no cables to each disk - i have however checked (and reseated) the SAS / Power cables to the backplanes.
I am able to add the drive to the array in another slot, just not the same slot the failed drive was in.
Updated logs attached following system boot after checking power/data cables

No, these are just Warnings from WINE since there is no native version of the dedicated server for Linux available I had to run it through WINE, that's also why the Container is marked as beta in the CA APP
Ok thank you

Please do a
(force update) on the Docker page of the container and it should startup now fine.
They added another Database connection that was not in my preconfigured 'ServerGrid.ServerOnly.json' (preconfiguration is done so that everyone can use this container easily).
Thank you for reporting that!
Thank you for the quick turnaround!

I still see the above in my log after re-pulling the image/forcing update but the server appears to be running, although clients cannot connect.

Have you installed a cache drive in your server?
Where is your appdata folder located?
I will look into it after the weekend.
Thank you
I have a separate cache pool that is exclusively for Docker containers, the appdata is:/mnt/docker/appdata /mnt/docker/appdata/atlas /mnt/docker/appdata/atlas/steamcmd

Trying to run Atlas server, all i'm getting in the log is:
