  1. Good to hear. I use the stock vBIOS so am limited to 3 transcodes. It runs well enough for me since I only get 2-3 users at a time max. Transcoding 3 streams from 1080p to 720p is about the limit otherwise it gets pretty slow. Doing 4k is basically impossible but that isn't recommended anyway. The image quality is not perfect but it allows me to offload resources from my CPU for other things. Edit: I can do 4k transcodes but it is really slow and I don't recommend it.
  2. This maybe user error but I cannot have IOMMU groups enabled in the BIOS and use Plex. When the groups are enabled my Plex server is inaccessible. Anyone else having this issue? System: Ryzen 3900x Asrock X570 Steel Legend 32GB RAM P400 - used for transcoding GTX980Ti used for VMs
  3. Sounds like you should ask for a refund (if you haven't figured it out and it isn't too late). I run a P400 on my server and it works okay for Plex Transcoding.
  4. This may help the OP but mine is up to date. The problem has been a struggle to diagnose because it happens randomly and at random intervals. The only consolation is that it only appears to happen every several months or so. I'm also having issues where occasionally my server locks up when reading from the Blu-ray player; but that's a topic for another day.
  5. I'm having this exact same issue. I'm using an ASrock X750 Steel Legend and Ryzen 9 3900x.
