  1. Good morning Jorge, my system crashed yet again, and this time I have the syslog server attached! To the best of my knowledge, it must have crashed between June 11th and 13th. Please let me know if you have any questions. Also, probably unnecessary but I've run memtest to ensure there are no problems with RAM. I didn't see any errors from the memtest run. syslog-192.168.1.150.log
  2. I have enabled that before but have not download the syslog. I think I did it correctly. If not, please let me know. I have attached what I've downloaded from my server. 20250522 Syslog.txt
  3. Yes that is correct. The diags are after rebooting and when UNRAID was no longer showing the error. I was unable to obtain any diagnostics when the flashdrive error was present. The second image that you see, where it states "File not found." was the only information I was getting while trying to navigate the GUI.
  4. Good afternoon everyone, I need help figuring out what is wrong with my Unraid server. I have had two flash drives in a row that were seen by UNRAID as "corrupted" although it passed all error tests when I tested them. The second flash drive was a brand new one, and I know for a fact did not have issues. I don't know what problems could exist that can actively corrupt flash drives that were otherwise working fine before installing and using UNRAID on them... The facts are: Flash drives become "corrupted" as seen by the system The first flash drive got replaced with another new flash drive of a different reliable brand. The second flash drive worked fine with no issues for a few weeks. Then I received another warning message that the flash drive was corrupted. I restarted the server, and it started working properly again, and the "corrupted" message went away. This has happened with the first flash drive as well, except for the fact that the first one failed again within the week. This second flash drive is working for the second day, and I don't know when it's going to fail next. The chances of both of those flash drives being bad in a row is slim. I would like to know if there is something from my server causing the flash drive to go awry. Could you please help me? I've attached diagnostic files and some screenshots of what I've been looking at. unraid-diagnostics-20250521-1525.zip
  5. Interesting that you say this... In my experience, I have never reached that level of speed. When I move files using Krusader, the movement of files within the same UNRAID server is instantaneous. if I use SMB to move the same files, it will take multitude longer. It only copies at around 120MB/s. Is there some kind of a problem with my configuration? What could be the issue? This is the main reason for me using Krusader to move files within UNRAID, simply because of the instantaneous nature. Am I missing something? Should I expect the same level of performance from using SMB?
  6. Good morning! I've recently started using macOS for my main computer. I noticed that when I installed VMs in my unraid server, regardless of what OS I installed in the VM, it simply won't recognize SHIFT, CTRL, OPT/ALT, or CMD keys whenever I was accessing the VM though VNC. Is this a known issue, and is there a solution to this? I don't remember this being a problem when I was using a Windows computer to access the VMs. I've tried searching the forums for an answer to this, but I wasn't able to... Thanks in advance for your time!
  7. Wow, thanks Jorge. I've tried a new flash drive with a fresh install and it didn't work either, so I found a spare network card to see if the mobo ethernet port was bad. Indeed it was the problem. Interesting that I can still connect to the server GUI but it has issues with accessing the WAN... anyway, thanks!
  8. Also, I forgot to add this earlier, but I am also seeing these kinds of messages whenever I am trying to reinstall my docker containers...
  9. Good afternoon! I've recently migrated to new server hardware for my unraid server and have been having a lot of issues. I went from an old Intel Xeon processor set up to a newer AMD Ryzen 5 setup from 2020. I didn't change anything else other than the processor and motherboard. I am having problems with community applications plug in not communicating with the proper channels to allow for download of docker containers accessing docker containers remotely. (for example, I tried accessing Krusader, but I cannot connect to it) Also, whenever I change network settings, it takes unraid GUI an unbelievably long time to be able to access from my laptop. This was never an issue before. What I have tried to fix the issues: For community applications not being able to connect to its resources: I've tried changing unRAID DNS to the OpenDNS server lists as suggested in one of the pinned posts. I've also tried cloudflare DNS to no success. I've also restinalled the plug in, but that didn't change anything. For the docker container GUI being inaccessible, I've tried to reboot my router and modem, but that didn't do anything either. IT seems like this networking-ish issue is limited to the unraid server. I am able to access the internet on my other devices such as my phone and laptop. I've never had any issues and had a great time using unraid up until this point. These issues are all completely new to me. I've attached the logs you may want to see to this post. You'll see two, because the earlier one is from version 6.12.8, and the newer one is from 6.12.10. I updated the version in case it may solve the problem. Unfortunately it didnt.... Thanks in advance for your help. unraid-diagnostics-20240406-0254.zip unraid-diagnostics-20240406-1835.zip
  10. Thanks. I will upload the syslog file if it crashes again. In the meantime, it seems like I’m not the only one having this issue. Maybe this is a bug??
  11. Good afternoon everybody, I have an Unraid server that keeps on crashing and I don't know what's going on with it... As you can see in the images below, it shows a bunch of things, but I unfortunately don't know how to interpret this. I've also included the diagnostics ZIP to assist with questions you may have. this started recently, within the last two weeks. My server crashed like this roughly 3 times within that time period. I installed a graphics cards back in June, but I don't think that hardware is the issue. If it's related to that, I figured I would have had some problems since the installation of the graphics card. I also checked the graphics driver just in case, and the driver hasn't updated for more than two weeks, so I don't think it's a new driver that's causing issues either. I currently have a nVidia 2060 for transcoding in Plex/Jellyfin Please help me solve this issue... If this keeps on happening, I'm afraid I'll lose my data... Thank you in advance! unraid-diagnostics-20231012-1631.zip
  12. Wow, thanks so much for this little tip! This solved my problem and it's working now. I was wasting hours trying to figure this one out and you helped me solve it in two minutes! You're amazing!!!
  13. Here it is! Thank you for the tip! unraid-diagnostics-20220818-1124.zip
  14. Hello folks, I logged into my server today to find the following error message: " Your flash drive is corrupted or offline. Post your diagnostics in the forum for help" I've downloaded the diagnostics text files. There are a lot of them and I don't know which one to upload that would be relevant. Could you all please help? Thank you!
