  1. I would mark this as resolved, as changing the BIOS settings as suggested in the linked post has increased stability, but not eliminated the lockups entirely. I have an oddly specific issue now where the server will lockup every time my son attempts to remotely access and play anything on his Plex account. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Outside of this specific scenario, the server has been running without issue since changing the suggested BIOS settings.
  2. Over the past three days I've been experiencing hard lockups on my server running Unraid 7.2.3. The only way out of which is to power down or reboot - the server disappears off the network and is unresponsive to keyboard input (keyboard lights go out). I've ruled out Immich (by disabling its Dockers), WireGuard (by disabling the tunnel), RAM (by swapping out for spare, known working sticks). Ipvlan is already set. I'm at a loss. Short of swapping out all of the hardware bar the HDD's I don't know what to do to even troubleshoot the issue. I've been running Unraid servers for 12 years without anything close to an issue like this. Do my diagnostics files reveal anything to anyone? crookserver-diagnostics-20251221-2210.zip
  3. Hi guys, I seem to be experiencing very slow parity checks, in that the past couple of monthly checks have had to be cancelled because the rate was so slow it was measuring in kb/s. I've a suspicion some hardware is dying, possibly the SAS controller, but I would appreciate if someone would investigate the logs and confirm either way. If it helps I start a parity check at 0936 on 2024-03-05, which you can see in the syslog. crookserver2-diagnostics-20240305-0943.zip
  4. Hi guys, my mysql docker is no longer starting since the most recent update. Log file attached. Something to do with "Upgrade is not supported after a crash or shutdown with innodb_fast_shutdown = 2. This redo log was created with MySQL 8.0.29, and it appears logically non empty. Please follow the instructions at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/upgrading.html " I'm guessing. The link given in the error seems irrelevant to the unraid docker. mysql.log

  6. Hi guys, I hope someone can help me with this because I've been banging my head against a wall for hours trying to figure out what is going wrong: I followed Spaceinvader One's video on setting up a reverse proxy in unraid, but whenever I attempt to go to any of the addresses that should be pointed to my docker containers I end up at the SWAG landing page ("Welcome to your SWAG instance"). Any thoughts? I really hope it is something obvious, but I've a bad feeling it isn't ... Please probe if I haven't given enough information.
