    Hi all, I recently just picked up a 9300-8i HBA. I thought I'd need to flash it, but when I checked, it appears to have firmware 16.00.01.00-IT. Which I think is the latest firmware, and it already running in IT mode? Please correct me if I am wrong. Is the v8.37.00.00 the BIOS? Looking at the date, I think that is also the latest version?
