    问题找到了，是我同时跑了docker的原因，关闭docker以后分数就上去了

    编辑/boot/config/modprobe.d/i915.conf
    加入以下两行
    options i915 force_probe=4e61      
    options i915 enable_guc=2
     
    重启unraid系统，在解码器里面把quecksync开头的解码设置成首选或者只保留这个就可以了
    实测N5105有效
