  1. Great. Thanks I will try that. I just assumed it might be something in unraid since it has happened sporadically. Sometimes happens in a day or after a week
  2. Recently, I would lose access to the Unraid Terminal. It would be running for a while, but then the next day I would try and login, and i wont be able to access the GUI. also the Plex Server goes down, and cant access any of my docker containers I have setup through reverse proxy. I eventually have to hard reset my machine. I've attached my diagnostic and syslogs. recently the only things ive tried to change is my VM. ive been trying to add a GPU passthrough. syslog thehans-diagnostics-20211211-1659.zip
  3. i also attached my XML <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?> <domain type='kvm' id='12'> <name>Eric&apos;s Gaming VM</name> <uuid>83eb3afe-1b86-2811-7872-57b63fde4d91</uuid> <description>Remote 4. Hey, I was able to get my GTX 1650 OC passthrough to my windows 10 VM, and I was using splashtop to connect to my VM, but when I connect the background looks blank, but I am able to still sign up to my windows machine. When i login to screen is again blank, but if I click on the windows Key i am able to bring up the start menu, and the background flashes on, but when I try to do anything everything runs really slowly. When I had everything setup on VNC everything worked fine, but not sure why its getting some blank screens and why everything is so laggy. Anyone got any advice?
  5. Hey Guys Not sure if this belongs here, but i tried posting in the VM section, but was hoping i would be able to get more eyes on this. I currently have 2 graphics card. a GTX 1650 in the first PCI-E slot and a P1000 in the 3rd PCI-E slot. im using the P1000 for my plex transcoding, and planning to use the GTX for my VM to use as a remote gaming VM. I am able to setup my VM using VNC graphics, but when i go back and add the Graphics Card and the Graphics Card Sound and update, and then try and start the VM it just says starting and never starts. When i click on other tabs unraid still works, but when i click the VM tab or go to Settings - VM Settings both come up blank, and I have to reboot my machine. Can anyone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? thehans-diagnostics-20211125-0056 (1).zip

  7. Hmm dang I got new ram, cpu, and motherboard. I think it might be my onboard lan. It’s. 2.5ghz port but for some reason I lose remote connection to my system. But my computer is still on.
  8. I had my system crash again, and was able to pull the logs for my diagnostic and for my syslog. syslog thehans-diagnostics-20211112-1805.zip
  9. Ah. I got the diag files after my server crashed and I booted back up. I setup the syslog to from the instructions but I restarted my system in a clean restart and when my system booted back up I got the syslog. I will try pulling the logs and diag again once my system crashes again
  10. got it sorry. i attached my syslogs here as well as another diagnostic file since it disconnected again. syslog thehans-diagnostics-20211107-0948.zip
  11. i attached my system logs as well dont know if it will help but this is the mobo i got. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08WCCGBH9?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details it has a 2.5gb lan port, but ive been reading that maybe i should downgrade to a 1GB card? thehans-syslog-20211107-1634.zip
  12. Hi JorgeB, sorry for some reason when i tried to download my diagnostic it had an issue on my ipad. i tried from my desktop and attached them there.
  13. Hi, so I had my unraid server running for about a year and finally upgraded it. new case, new cpu, new ram, and added more drives. I a, able to boot up and get everything running, but after sometime unraid gets disconnected. Can’t access my dockers or locally accessing my unraid machine. I check my router and I still see the machine is connected, but can’t access. eventually end up having to hard reset my machine. I added my diagnostics and hopefully someone can tell me what’s wrong. it also usually happens when I am doing something. Like copying a file from my share or starting a docker container. thehans-diagnostics-20211107-0829.zip
  14. Hey Everyone, i got this message as well. i built a new unraid machine, basically a new cpu, new psu, new mobo, new ram, just migrated the hard drives over. thehans-diagnostics-20211105-1617.zip
