    I was preparing for an upgrade this morning and saw this message as well, which led me to find this post. I ran the Update Assistant tests several times. Sometimes it returned this message, sometimes it didn't. I did also notice that the Community Applications had some issues when attempting to check for plugin updates. Based on this, I believe this is a false reporting. With that being said, some additional eyes on it would be appreciated.
