Would it be best to continue running Parity Check (Last checked 6/13, but I have not added anything meaningful since), or wipe the drive affected then rebuild with Parity?

Hello, I have my Nextcloud setup to use one of my other shares "backups" as External Storage, so that I don't need to mount the SMB share in Windows every time. Typically this works fine, but today, I opened a folder, exited it, then the folder was gone. I checked my "backups" share on my server and the folder is just gone. What are the proper steps to recover this data? I have my two 8TB HDDs, 1 parity and one cache SSD. I am currently checking my Parity as for some reason my scheduled Parity check has not gone into effect for 40 days. Thank you

I was able to boot into Macinabox just fine, but when I decided to passthrough a GPU after all setups, I couldn't boot. Rx580, gigabyte 4gb. I can only get it to show anything if I put a vbios in. The procedure: Passthrough GPU with vbios Run helper script Boot Select "bigsur" drive get stuck on apple logo til it reboots. Is there any known fix for this? Should I try a different version like Catalina? Thank you
