  1. Thanks everyone, I'm replacing the disk today. Much appreciated.
  2. Thanks for replying. I did an extended test and I got "Completed: read failure." I did a non correcting parity check and detected 2 errors. I did have a blackout maybe 2 or 3 months ago so I'm not sure if the consequnces are finally showing up. WDC_WD40EFRX-68N32N0_WD-WCC7K2UDA6A9-20230203-0852.txt
  3. Im learning how to interpret the SMART report but I'm not too sure what this section means: "SMART Extended Comprehensive Error Log Version: 1 (6 sectors) Device Error Count: 23" Here is the whole report: WDC_WD40EFRX-68N32N0_WD-WCC7K2UDA6A9-20230202-1608.txt Thanks!
  4. I currently have the same issue. My Unraid server pretty much locks up and I have to do a hard reset to get it back up. I looked at my log and doesn't seem to indicate a serious error. I don't have any containers or VMs running at the time of the crash. Do you have a Ryzen cpu?
