UPDATE: Been about an hour since i started the parity rebuild, now the speeds have increased to 15 to 20mbps. I wonder if the NVME drives work differently then other disks i have used? Do you guys know what's going on with these speeds? Thank you

Hello Everyone, I just replaced my parity disk with a NVME drive, for some reason the rebuilt is taking a very long time. The average speed is 1.7mbps with spikes to 3mbps and lows of 1mbps. I don't understand why, NVME should be a lot faster than regular spinners... My array has 20 drives total. Please help! Thank you

Hello Everyone, I'm not too sure what happened last night, but this morning my second parity drive shows as disabled and my 16th drive had an error. I rebooted the server but the parity drive it's still disabled. Attached is the Smart Report. Could you please help? I'm afraid the drive that is only a few months old might have issues.
