  1. I've been using Unraid and this plugin for years, but recently I've upgraded to the latest version and the new Unraid version. I have been getting some weird issues.. I use Radarr and Sonarr for movies and tv shows, All my movies or tv shows are stored on my NAS drive. So the other day I was getting messages saying the movie or TV show file was deleted from Radarr and Sonarr. Checked the radar/Sonarr and it says the file is missing. So then I checked the movie/TV show on my NAS and the file is there. Next, I go to Unassigned device click on my SMB share and then click on one of the movies/TV shows it says is missing and the mkv file is not there. File exists on my NAS Nas drive mounted into unraid with unassigned devices not seeing the file.
  2. Unfortunately i cant use that one. I have tried. When i try to restore from the backup file. It says the backup file is from a newer version of the controller.
  3. Anyone have any advice how to get this working please?
  4. Good Morning Everyone I'm looking for some help and guidance with getting the new unifi container working with MongoDB. I have followed the instructions to the tee but I'm getting no success at all. I have created my init-mongo.js file and put it in the following path //mnt/user/appdata/mongodb/unifi db.getSiblingDB("unifidb").createUser({user: "unifi", pwd: "Hidden", roles: [{role: "dbOwner", db: "unifidb"}]}); db.getSiblingDB("unifidb_stat").createUser({user: "unifi", pwd: "Hidden", roles: [{role: "dbOwner", db: "unifidb_stat"}]}); Within MongoDB i have changed the repository to install version - mongo:7.0-rc, I have changed the network to Host and i have created the path to the .js file. Then started the container within unraid. Installed the new version of the unifi controller and matched the details from my .js file to the variables within the unifi container installing wizard. Applied and started the container. Within the few seconds i see the .js file being read in the logs on mongoDB but its just full of errors. Which i have attached a picture of within this thread. i did see someone else within this thread have the same issue as me and he resolved by enabling allow host network to see custom networks. I have enabled this and i still have the same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated
  5. Thank you for the information. I'm currently on Network Version 7.1.65 of the controller and its changed a little now. So on that version there is no Controller Hostname/ip. You need to go to Settings - System - Go to Other Configuration part of the page. There is a setting called "Override Inform Host". Just need to put the Unraid IP address and its adopts the devices. I would have never found this if you never told me about this setting. so thank you.
  6. I'm hoping someone could advise me on this issue. So I have just started using the latest version of the Unifi controller around 2 weeks ago. I got all my devices into the controller and everything was working fine. Then I logged in the next day and all my devices were saying "waiting adoption". So i SSH into each device and run the following command. set-inform http://UNRAIDIP:8080/inform that fixed the issue. Next day comes along and I logged in to the Unifi controller and the same thing happened again. "Waiting Adoption". Basically every single day i have to run that command to get my device to adopted into the controller. I have all my auto update plugins to miss this container. I also have my Appdata backup to not include the Unifi-controller folder. Anything else i can try to fix this issue?
  7. Yeah, I did look on the link and i did complete some of the steps on there. but I think I have resolved the issue now. Thank you for your help.
  8. I'm sorry if im not explaining this clear. I'm new to Unraid and to Docker. So i have my NAS mounted using UD, Source being //Data01/Movies and the mount point is DATA01_Movies. I have created a link in my docker-compose file to use the mount point ( mnt/remotes/DATA01_Movies) and create a link to a folder called /movies. Which is then linked to Radarr docker app. All works fine but then all sudden it radarr will say the /movies is unavailable. I go into unraid go to Main tab and UD it will say the mounts are online but if i click on it , this will error out also at that point if i go to mnt/remotes/DATA01_Movies. That will be just spin and spin aswell and timeout.
  9. Thank you for your reply. I will check out the Docker FAQ. UD is doing some very weird things, That i think are related to Docker Containers. So i have my NAS mapped within UD. No Docker containers running and everything works fine. as you can see from the link below https://imgur.com/MsUAdxR Once i start the Radarr or the Sonarr Docker container. This will crash UD and the NAS drive will be unavailable from within Unraid and from within Radarr or Sonarr. Any one else had this issue with Docker and UD not playing nicely?
  10. Hey, I'm hoping someone can advise me and resolve this issue. So I'm new to Unraid and I'm just starting out. I'm using my Unraid server mainly for Docker. Which includes transmission, sonarr and radarr. I have all my Movies and TV Shows stored on my synology NAS. So then i decided the best way to get these folders within Unraid would be to use Unassigned Devices plugin. So i got my SMB of both the MOVIES and TV Shows folders in Unraid. The paths to these are mnt/remotes/Movies and mnt/remotes/TV Shows. When i installed radarr and Sonarr this points to folders called /movies and /tv. This is where the issue happens.../movies works fine and i can mount that into Radarr and it just works fine. But when i go to /tv folder it shows a empty folder. If i go into Protainer i can see that /mnt/remotes/TV Show is pointing to /tv folder but it will not show any the tv shows in there. I have tried editing my .env file and writing it like this "mnt/remotes/TV Shows" due to the space being in the name but that completely broke the mount. Any ideas please?
