  1. Yes, you are correct. I thought i was buying a new license but didn't realise i was signed in on another of my unraid accounts, lesson learnt.
  2. It is valid on server A if I use the unleashed licence, it's like that USB now has 2 licences valid, the legacy BASIC (which i want to keep) and the mistakingly added unleashed key which i purchased for another machine. For the moment I've solved the issue to adding a legacy BASIC licence i hadn't used to the new server, but this still leaves me with a new purchased licence which I cannot use.
  3. Hi all, I have a remote server (A) on a BASIC licence. I was setting up a new server (B) at home, purchased an unleashed licence but somehow copied it to the wrong USB share (A). I reverted my remote server back to it's original licence although i now get a notice "GUID Type Mismatch Detected The Basic license key installed on your server does not match the highest known license key type associated with your GUID, Unleashed" When I try to put my new unleashed licence to the correct server (B) I get a GUID error. I know I could transfer the licence to the new key but then it appears this will blacklist my remote servers (A) USB key which is not convenient to replace and is currently working fine. Any idea how to best sort out this mess? Thanks
  4. Same issue here, did you manage to resolve this?
