Laut Computerbase: Link

Habe recht viele Sticks vermessen.
Philips FM 16 FD 05 B/00 USB Stick White/Blue 16 GB MLC Nand Flash Memory USB 2.0
https://www.amazon.de/-/de/gp/product/B001I91SV2 aktuell 6,5€
0,159W idle
0,246W Last/Benchmark

Quotezenstates --list
C6 State - Package - Disabled
C6 State - Core - DisabledBei dem ersten Befehl steht bis C10:
Quotegrep . /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle/state*/name
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle/state0/name:POLL
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle/state1/name:C1
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle/state2/name:C1E
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle/state3/name:C3
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle/state4/name:C6
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle/state5/name:C7s
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle/state6/name:C8
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle/state7/name:C9
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle/state8/name:C10 -
ok, dann kommt folgendes:
dmesg | grep ASPM
[ 0.035640] PCIe ASPM is forcibly enabled
[ 0.334844] acpi PNP0A08:00: _OSC: OS supports [ExtendedConfig ASPM ClockPM Segments MSI HPX-Type3] -

-

Looks like 8168

Schaltnetzteile sind was anderes
Die hohe Scheinleistung wunder mich aber schon. Sibd da so vieke schlechte netzteile dabei?
Mit pfc sollte sowas nicht passieren ...

Every device with "ASPM disabled" is your enemy 😉
The both red marked ones had the result "disabled"
-
I have two enemies:
The other 100% are no Problem?
Ist 8169 the wrong driver?
I did use the ethernet for more than web interface, but I think there are no stability problems.
-
HOw can I copy the hole output? It copies only one line.
-
I tried Powersave, but there was no change in c-state. Power consumtion may be a litte bit. 0,5W or so...
-
-
ok, thank you. I will try this.
With ubuntu on NVME there was no c7, but ubuntu on sata and nvme as second drive it works with 3,9-4,2W idle
In BIOS Settings is nothing with ASPM

What did you try by now? Forcing ASPM with the kernel setting?
Only powertop. I am a linux greenhorn. What should I do exactly to try this kernel thing?
-
I have a similar Problem. Power top goes only to packgae C2 withe autotune. That means 8-9W idle Fujitsu 3674
If I use Ubuntu Stick it goes to C7 package and I have only 3,9-4,3W @idle. Half Idle Power consumtion is a very big difference.
So what can I do to reach c7 also in unraid?
-
Mache ich nicht nur deswegen... 😜
