let me understand, using folderSync app to upload photo to nas, these pictures also have no GPS data ?

could you try to go to your phone's setting to check the Lomorage app can access the location? From my testing, the lomorage app will read the picture as binary data to upload to the server. Maybe there is some hooking on the system level to remove the GPS info for the privacy concern. Like in my phone with default Gallery app, if this app does not has location access permission, even the pictures do has the GPS data, but share from this default Gallery app, the picture's GPS will be removed. So could you double check the phone's location permission manager?
