  1. Thank you for your feedback, I managed to contact support using the standard contact form. I tried multiple times before via the 'troubleshoot' link below the error but that didn't work.
  2. I don't get any acknowledgement, I only get the follow-up mails for this forum topic. Can I contact support in another way than by using the form?
  3. Hi, My USB key failed and unfortunately I don't have a backup. I just have bought a new USB key and installed Unraid, but the license transfer doesn't seem to work. I get the 403 error: Error: {"message":"Request failed with status code 403","data":{"error":"GUID '****-****-****-************' not found. Please contact support for assistance."}} I already have tried to contact support via the form but got no answer. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
