    Perhaps it's me, but it doesn't appear that the TOTP extension is working. I've toggled the deployment to Y, however I'm never prompted to add a TOTP code; nothing happens. This is different from the older Guacamole app from jasonbean, where a TOTP prompt is seen once a user logs in for the first time. Am I missing something?
