  1. Is the move invoked from the Move button under the Array Operation operation section of the Main tab in the UI?
  2. ok, so I don't need to create a share on those disk pools, they can be used as is and I just need to take the steps you specified above to move them?
  3. I think I am all good now. Thank you so much @JorgeB @trurl and @ChatNoir for all of your help and guidance in getting my array back in working order. I truly appreciate every bit of it.
  4. Parity Sync just completed with no errors. This looks very promising. I was able to start docker and my apps were there. I guess I need to understand how I make them utilize the SSD or NVMe disk pools I have. I thought I had them configured to utilize them correctly but I guess I was wrong. Regarding upgrading UNRAID itself from an RC release to a normal release, is there a particular procedure I need to follow? unraid-diagnostics-20220930-1121.zip
  5. Fair enough, I'll leave it disabled until this is finished. From what you guys have seen in the diagnostics does Disk 1 look like it is ok or should I proceed with my initial plan of replacing it as well?
  6. Started Total size:12 TB Elapsed time:less than a minute Current position:6.05 GB (0.1 %) Estimated speed:159.3 MB/sec Estimated finish:20 hours, 55 minutes Should I wait until this completes to re-enable Docker?
  7. It looks like everything is there and I'm not seeing any lost+found folders in any of the shares
  8. I just realized the last diagnostic report was done with the array still in Maintenance Mode. Attached is a new report with the array started normally unraid-diagnostics-20220928-1438.zip
  9. I stopped the array and clicked on Disk 2 to change the filesystem to xfs and clicked Done. But I don't get an option to check the filesystem, I assume since there isn't a disk assigned? And the File system type doesn't stay as xfs and reverts back to auto
  10. Those were some stressful steps :-D See the attached diagnostics unraid-diagnostics-20220928-0929.zip
  11. See attached unraid-smart-20220927-1718.zip unraid-diagnostics-20220927-1727.zip
  12. I should have a couple of additional SATA ports to connect the disks to. The question is whether or not I have additional power connectors. Checking
  13. ok, cables received and replaced for Disk 1. See attached SMART Diagnostic for both Disk 1 and Disk 2 unraid-smart-20220927-1459-Disk2.zip unraid-smart-20220927-1458-Disk1.zip
  14. ok, I will order a replacement cable for that disk. I'm already seeing alerts that Disk 1 is running hot. Hopefully that is an issue with this specific disk and not something I'll see with the replacement disk. Now to get the array back in functioning order so I can replace these disks. Is there a special procedure I need to perform due to the current condition of the array?
  15. My apologies for the delayed response. I couldn't see the disk in the BIOS initially after a reboot. I powered off the server and performed a visible inspection to make sure cabling looked ok and then powered it back on. This time I was able to see it in the BIOS. It now shows up in UNRAID and is unassigned The 2 new 12TB disks have arrived
  16. No worries and no need to apologize. I'm just grateful for the assistance Disk 1 is still in the case and should be connected. I have been hesitant to shut the server down to check for fear of Disk 2 permanently going out to lunch. However, if I need to do that I will. Docker service has been disabled. VM Manager wasn't running. I don't have email notifications on as I always keep the GUI open and visible on another screen. That said, I will get that configured. Backups? We don't need no stinking backups... (I mean, I would if it were financially feasible for me to backup 80TB of data)
  17. See the attached screenshots of the pool devices I have installed. I guess I did not have them configured properly for use by any of the shares
  18. My apologies, I am referring to the disk ending in 5RSND. Yes, both the Disk 2 ending in 5RSND and Disk 3 ending in 4MPD6 Disk 2 ending in 5RSND. It's SMART Overall Health is listed as failed I should have worded it as "progress was extremely slow due to all of the all the S.M.A.R.T. and read errors" Ok, would that be done from the Check Filesystem Status button while in Maintenance Mode?
