  1. Thats exactly what I mean. If I use a different laptop the guid changes. But as of now, I can't get anything to work. Not even my new flash drive, which is 32 GB. Way more than the required. I don't know whats wrong. Right now I'm desperate. I have so much tied up in these drives.
  2. Hmmm. So it might be ineligible right out the package?
  3. So, I've been having some issues with the current flash drive. In fact, its been a few months since it started having errors. I finally got it to work but it crashed again. I had been you two different laptops (same flash drive) to try and repair it/get it to work properly but whenever I move the drive from one laptop to the other, it receives a different global id. That has been my issue. After registering it yet again, the drive failed. So I bought a new, which I can not register.
  4. Weell I think I need a new registration key. However, when I try it shows that the flash drive is ineligible.
  5. My flash drive keeps failing. I purchased a new one and need to register it with my account.
  6. Well, its really weird. The USB drive I've been using seems to have somehow collected two different global ids depending on which laptop I use to backup/restore to.
  7. So I got the old flash drive to work but I still want to change it to a new drive because I dont trust this old one. How do I make register the new drive?
  8. So, here's what I did: Restored Unraid OS from previous version. Reinstalled Unraid.net Logged in...boom? It's working?
  9. Thank you for your attention. Unfortunately the guidance you sent does not work for me. I tried backing up from an earlier version, but the flash drive has errors. Please see attached pics.
  10. Thank you for your attention. Unfortunately this guidance you sent does not work for me. I tried backing up from an earlier verison, but the flash drive errors. Please see attached pics.
  11. For some reason I can't get into any of my apps. I'm assuming I have a bad flash drive, since that's what the bios is telling. Need help getting the most recent flash drive backup from Unraid.net. Then I need to install to a new flash drive.
  12. I want to clear out any app I no longer use in my docker. The docker "add container" link has a number of docker apps I want to clear out. How do I achieve this? I've already remove the apps from docker and cleared the the docker image by deleting it. Thanks for the help.
  13. I'm having some huge issues with this app. Not sure if its the app, my Unraid installation (restored) or what. App, now, does not recognize any useable optical drive(s). Checking the logs I get these ">Warning: Could not resolve keysym [value]"Log for_ MakeMKV.html
  14. I've been trying on several occassions to log into Unraid with a different account but it simply does not allow me to. Am I missing something? Any help appreciated. Cheers!
  15. No, but I did find both the trial key and plus key on the drive. The version I'm using is from a backup.
  16. So, I'm new to Linux distro. Unraid has been really fun. I built a new PC using an old HP D530 with mostly new parts (used old case and front usb). While having fun, I starting deleting stuff from the array using terminal....bad, bad, bad...LOL! Anyway, I caused Unraid to start acting weird. I lost all 2.3TB of my movies, then I started loosing my cache drives, and it was just downhill from there. So I was happy when I remembered that I had made backups of my flash drive and saved it to my laptop. So ! happily reformatted the flash drive and copied the backup on to drive. Everything was going great! I ditched a bunch of inferior ssd drives and replaced them with a Segate 1TB Firecuda. I finally got my Windows 10 gaming VM up and running. I then tried copying some files to a backup folder on the array, but it was taking so long I cancelled the action. I plugged my external backup drive into the server to get that fast copying speed (without stopping the array first), mounted the drive, and then the docker application went offline. "Curious" I said to myself. So, I stopped the array and shutdown the server. Upon reboot, I logged in, saw the array hadn't started, scrolled down to start the array, but the button was disabled. "WTF!" Then I read across and the text said "Invalid, missing or expired registration key." I need some help. I've tried reinstalling the license key, but that didn't work. I think I may have inadvertently bIacklisted my drive. I NEED HELP! LOL! I'm laughing within my frustration.
