  1. Ok update again, i took the array offline. Remove the disk from the assigned pool, started the array in maintenance mode without the disk in the pool, its now showing "Not Installed" in that slot. Now running the enhanced test, it seems to be running fine.
  2. Hi @trurl, yes that's the case. I've stopped it and tried running the tests. I can run the tests on the other disks.
  3. Oh wow. It looks like its stopped again. Is there anything else i can try ?
  4. Update I believe i got it to run. Its still at 10% but it hasn't quit or anything.
  5. It never completes @trurl. It shows the "Stop" button as soon as i hit "Start" and then 10-20 seconds later, it shows "Interrupted (host reset)".
  6. Hi @trurl, it looks like i can't run the extended test via the gui. I keep getting "Interrupted (host reset)". I've set the Spin Down Delay to "Never".
  7. Hi, Ive attached the diagnostics and the SMART test, this time it completed without error. This was the short test. tower-smart-20220613-1343.zip tower-diagnostics-20220613-1345.zip
  8. Hi all, I'm new-ish to the self managing of servers world. My disk started throwing this error after being offline for about 2 weeks. Rest of the disks are fine. When i try to run the self test, i keep getting the same host reset error. Attached is the test rests. Please let me know what i should do. My usage is minimum, and the disks are essentially 6-8 months old. tower-smart-20220613-1250.zip
