  1. Thank you, bmartino, for the explanation and the link to the guide — I really appreciate it. I’ll dig into it over the weekend and figure out the best way to handle the update. I’m probably seeing the problem as bigger than it really is, but better safe than sorry! Thanks again for the help.
  2. Hi everyone, Total noob here just trying to make sure I don’t lose all my pictures by doing something stupid. I just updated the Immich Docker container — I was previously on version 1.3.x. From what I understand now, I should have upgraded the postgresql_immich container first before updating Immich itself. Before I go any further, I want to be sure I don’t break anything or risk losing my library. Could someone confirm the correct upgrade order, and if there’s anything I should do now that I already updated Immich first? Do I need to update PostgreSQL manually, roll back, or run any migrations? Thanks for any guidance — I really don’t want to mess this up!
  3. Okay I have found the files but still doesn't make sense. I don't understand why this happened and how to fix it. Every time I click on my UserName\files is like I'm in the root menu and i can click again Username\files and I'm in other root menu. All the files are spread out in each of those location. This only on my Unraid server, on the web and in my phone everything is fine. \\UnRaid Server\NextCloud\UserName\files\UserName\files\UserName\files\UserName\files\UserName\files\UserName\files\UserName\files\Photos\Samsung s22\DCIM How I can fix this?
  4. Hello, I installed NextCloud with MariaDB on my Unraid server. I have a domain name with a CloudFlare tunnel to access it from my Android phone and be able to save my picture to my NextCloud... Now is the problem, when I log in my browser locally and on my phone all the files are there, but when I go on my Unraid server, some files/folders are missing!! That dosen't really make sens! Can someone explain me how this is possible?
  5. Yes i did the the change in the Bios and went thru the link you put down. Unfortunately, my drive shows "Auto" on the files system. So I'm back to square one! I will just recover as much files as possible with the data recovery software. The bad thing about it, is the software doesn't keep the file name. Oh well!! Once again, thanks for the help!!
  6. Here is the new diagnostics. Any options from here since disk show as unmountable? tower-diagnostics-20220202-1257.zip
  7. MiniTool power data recovery is what I used. Lesson learn for sure!
  8. Ok thanks for the explanation. Started the array, I have a green dot beside the disk, but the disk show as unmountable : not mounted!! It will take 1d 18hres to rebuild... I will post the new diagnostics after that. Thanks for the help I really appreciate it!
  9. Just want to make sure.. do I have to put the original disk 2 at the same place it was before or I can put it at disk 4 slot? If i put it at is original place, Do I just unassign the one that is there right now?
  10. Here is the new diagnostics file. I know my hardware is quite old!! This sever was built many years ago when Unraid was introduce for the sole purpose of storing my movie collection. Only updating the Unraid version and upgrading the hard drive as more space was needed!! Never had any problem in the last maybe... 10 years except for this. tower-diagnostics-20220130-1935.zip

  12. Hi everyone, hopefully I will be able to put back my drive in my array without loosing my data with your help! So my cache drive went bad, so i replaced it with a new one. When I started back my array, disk number 2 was wrong (wrong size error) I didn't make any other changes except changing the bad cache drive. I decided to simply start a "new config" thinking that the parity drive will correct the problem. This is were it went wrong, I started my array but I was expecting to see a message that said "checking parity/rebuilding the data" but only "checking parity" appeared so i stopped everything. Since my array was almost full i decided to put a bigger hard drive in my array by doing a parity swap, (bigger parity drive and parity drive going to disk number2) thinking that it would rebuild the disk number 2 at the same time. Parity swap was done but I have no data on my new disk number 2. I plugged the old disk onto my PC to check it with a data recovery software and all the data is still there. Now, is there a way to put that disk back in my array and keep the data on it and be able to access them?
