Solutions

  1. Reacher's post in Changed Server Name - Old Name and New Name populating in Mac OS was marked as the answer   
    I actually solved this one on my own. After resetting my Keychain and SMB Cache, I realized I hadn't restarted my Unraid server since I made the change. Restarted it and everything is well in the world. Sometimes the explanation is incredibly simple. 🤦🏻‍♂️
