Solutions

  1. M3ttmann's post in Unraid 6.12.10 installed new hardware (Motherboard, RAM and CPU) motherboard has 8 SATA ports, if 5 Slot is populatet the disk is removed from array. was marked as the answer   
    After a lot of troubleshooting i found the Solution: The Issue was the powertop setting auto tune. I set my server up to run this script at start up, but the second non Intel SATA Controler does not work with Powertop. The solution was this Powereffivciency thread: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/98070-reduce-power-consumption-with-powertop/

    I used the advanced script and didn't acticvate Powertop for ASMedia Technology Inc. ASM1064 for me devices 9,10,11,12.

    Now both apps are installed. i did not change any thing. It solfed itself. I dont know why.
