Uninstalled Unraid Connect which didnt work. Then renamed cache.cfg to cache.bak and the array started. Thanks!

I recently upgrade from Unraid 6.9 to 6.10.3 and also upgraded dockers and plugins. I only have 2 dockers running, Plex and Scrutiny and both are now getting ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED when I try to reach their UI. Normally I have been able to find answers on the forums without posting but I cant seem to find anything this time. I hope this is the right place to post and if not please let me know and I will post where needed. Here is the log from the docker. Starting Plex Media Server.
