    I know this is an old post, but I wanted to pass my thanks and confirm that the posted solution worked for me. In my case, I couldn't even boot into Unraid until I disconnected the drives, added: nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0 and then rebooted with the drives reconnected.
