@MowMdown It's not just that film! That's just the first one I noticed. There are several films and TV Episodes that haven't moved to Plex from Radarr & Sonarr. That's why I keep bring up the possibility of the last update causing an issue.

Screenshot 1 shows that the Movie exists in Explorer. Screenshot 2 shows that the Movie should appear next to the first film Screenshot 12 shows that HORROR is a folder under MOVIES Screenshot 13 shows that 'Black Phone 2' exists under HORROR Screenshot 14 shows that 'Black Phone' exists further down the list (alphabetically) under HORROR Hope this helps

I've already run a media library scan I have run Library scans, but no change. New files are still not going into plex

How do you open it internally? I know it's been described in the previous post, but I don't understand what I have to do.

This is what I have now.

Let's assume that all the folders are correct (and unchanged), and the issue is Sonarr and Radarr are not forwarding the files into Plex! How do we get the file (the data found in Explorer) pushed into Plex? There has obviously been some kind of glitch that has stopped the files being added to Plex.

I've tried it exactly as you said, but it errors: (it automatically added the colon after cd)

But how do I move forwards? I've tried a few things, but none work.
