    Folks, I have been trying to figure it out thinking it is DNS-related, DNSMasq is now resolving tower to the correct IP address but it is still up to 60 secs before I see shares appearing in Finder. I am talking about mounting it after I start the array after powerup or after sleep. I have drive caching enabled in the Simple Features but this delay is causing a major issue since I made my unRAID to S3 sleep. Please advise what should I try. I wish it was easy to mount NFS on Mountain Lion but it is not. syslog-2013-03-03.txt.zip

    Thank you for clarifying and just for my education, preclear does not start at all, sitting at 0% progress, is that normal behavior for this script. This drive is not off to a good start, with numerous bad sectors right off the bat. This drive wasn't drop-shipped to you, it was drop-kicked to you! You may want to *try* to capture a SMART report, but if you can't - RMA it. On the bright side, it's always good to find out these things *before* you trust your data to it.

    Folks, I am new to UNRAID and just bought two WD 3TB WD30EFRX from Newegg, trying to start preclear on one and on two via Screen. sdb is running while sda sits on 0% and nothing happens. I am able to see both with GParted Live USB. I have to say I have tried twice and preclear just does not start on sda. What should I try? Should I try to pre-format the drives? Really lost at this point. am within RMA period with NewEgg but not sure if this is drive or not. Attaching my log. RedWD_sda_9309.txt
