  1. Stitch's post in Single drive disabled, tried all I can think of! was marked as the answer   
    Update: 
    I tried for shits and giggles a third sata cable (Original / replacement #1 came from the same package as this third one) - So far it's at 1 hour 30 minutes running the data rebuild. 

    Thanks for the assistance, i'll update once this is completed but please let me know if you saw anything alarming on the initial / second diagnostic please?
