Hi everyone.
I hope you're all doing great wherever you are.
As already requested in several post around this forum (cf below), i would like to have the ability to set access rules/group policy when several user are using the server in a highly collaborative manner.
As we are using UnraidOs in a professional setup, it become especially important for the UnraidOs root settings to be isolated in order to avoid any unwanted complications.
Especially when our users should need be able to start and stop pre-configured VMs as they like (ideally in a restricted webGui interface).
Giving them access to root for this task only is a huge security threat and obviously not the proper way to do.
As properly summarized by @Darksurf here :
I'd like to see:
1. Multiple users enabled for WebUI (simple checkbox within the user profile would be nice)
2. Different levels of access. (Example: Restart VMs, VM Access, but not Creation/Deletion or root host shell access)
3. Log Users login and change actions (VM/docker reboot, deletion, creation, etc)
Just some SMB features could be handy.
Apologies if this on has been requested a few times already but I cannot find much informations on this.
Best
