    Doctrine\DBAL\Exception: Failed to connect to the database: An exception occurred in the driver: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Operation timed out in /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/DB/Connection.php:87 should I reset everything / new install I can't open nextloud via WebUI. I did a reset on nextcloud no idea. pls help
