    I saw that you guys made changes on your end. I still can't get it work. I reinitialized and nothing is happening, status never changes. Weird is as well that when I click on "deactivate" the page just reloads and nothing is deactivated. Is there a way to complete reset the backup function?

    I’m having the same problem. All works except the backup. Always shows “Activated: Not up-to-date”. When I click on the Update button it refreshes the page and shows the same thing. It’s been 3 days now and it didn’t change (like it did for others with the same issue). When I click on Changes, only a blank (white) pop up shows. Any other troubleshooting steps we can try?
