Is my disk1 actually dead?
Thanks, I'm rebuilding it again so I'll grab diag once it shows failed again. EDIT: Happened again, but it looks like the disk isnt shown in the /smart folder again. EDIT2: Found some info in syslog, says "ata6: SATA link down" followed by disk1 read errors. Still shows no SMART errors. Going to just replace the drive and see if it happens again then check into hardware. rampart-diagnostics-20241020-1943.zip

Showed failed, swapped sata cable, rebuild completed, few days later showing failed again with 64 errors this time. Its DISK1 on this diag. I checked smart I think it looks okay but I just want to be sure. rampart-diagnostics-20241018-2025.zip

Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
Yes. Share seems to work completely normally outside of this particular case.

Thanks for responding. I refer to it as such: \\ServerIP\share\ but its able to operate with mapped drive letter as well with same result. rampart-diagnostics-20220906-1820.zip

Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
Hello. This is probably a shot in the dark but maybe someone can help me. I use UD (& UD+) to mount my USB HDD on my unraid server and have it available via network share. I use AutoIt3 scripts for moving some files back and forth from my windows machines to the server. I cannot write files to a UD mounted drive, when I copy a directory with autoit3 it will bring the folder but no subfolders and the function returns an error (no reason code). The same script targeting other unraid network shares has no such error and all files are properly copied. Checking the settings I did a bit of reading and tried turning on destructive mode but its still the same result.
