Hi everyone, I’m running two Unraid servers: one on 6.x (unchanged for a long time) and a brand-new 7.x box I set up recently. Reliable access to the web UI is mission-critical for me because I’m often away from home. I strictly followed the Unraid Connect guide (https://connect.myunraid.net/help). I’d reported issues before (https://forums.unraid.net/topic/192734-primary-server-flaps-offlineonline-cant-add-second-server/), but things have now gotten worse: Unraid Connect: both servers show Offline. SSH: ip_address:2222 (port forwarded via router) — works. Web UI (HTTP): http://ip_address:4455 — 400 Bad Request: “The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port. nginx”. Web UI (HTTPS): https://ip_address:4455 — 404 Not Found. nginx. Both machines are healthy and fully reachable over SSH, but direct web UI access from WAN fails as above. Could you please advise what to check next or how to restore stable Connect/WebUI access for both servers? My work is currently blocked — any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Funny thing is, as soon as I complained here on the forum, the old server suddenly came back to life and the links started working again :))

Thanks guys, I was able to connect my new Unraid server to my account and everything worked — but at the same time my old Unraid server now shows as online, yet I can’t actually access it. The URLs in the screenshot don’t open at all. Looks like the same issue has started again :(

First of all, thank you — I’ve been using Unraid for several years and it’s been great for backups. I’m struggling with a long-running issue in Unraid Connect: my primary server randomly shows as Offline for days, then comes back Online on its own without any changes on my side. Because of that I mostly accessed it via SSH and stopped chasing it. Now I’ve built a second server (and I’ll soon add a third), but I cannot add the second server to Unraid Connect at all. It fails with the error shown in the attached screenshot. I’ve read the guides and forum threads I could find, but nothing has helped. Thanks a lot for your help!
