for reference i have just completed a Gigabyte Z790 Elite AX DDR4 with Intel 14500 w/ UHD 770 and i have quicksync running on plex and jellyfin, simply wasn't any need for ddr5 when i had so much spare ddr4 lying around i added "--device=/dev/dri" in to 'Extra parameters' in the container adv jellyfin settings, and then enabled quicksync in the jellyfin gui settings there was some talk about having to enable this into the cmd line but it wasnt required for me? hope this helps someone
